Event checklist for better planning and execution

Every company has to conduct some or the other event as part of its marketing activity. Many a times it is seen that companies learn about their shortcomings in planning and execution of the event only after the event is over. A small checklist could be very useful to avoid last minute surprises while executing the event.

A little better planning and a bit smart execution of tasks could result in successful event. I have created a checklist for event planning and execution. It can be downloaded from the list below.

This is a basic checklist for the event. One can extend it as per his/her own need. The checklist contains activities that needs to be performed during event planning and execution. I have categorized these activities in planning, invitation, promotion, content, give-aways, capturing and other. I have not included post-event activities in this list.
